Workshops and Presentations
Academic programs and units at the University of Toronto are reviewed regularly under the University of Toronto Quality Assurance Process (UTQAP). The Office of the Vice-Provost, Academic Programs (VPAP) supports divisions and units in navigating the review process through a variety of resources, including workshops, presentations, and one-on-one support.

Q: Will slides or materials from the workshop be shared afterward?
A: Yes. The presentation slides and key takeaways are made available on this page following the session.

A: Absolutely. The workshop is designed to support both newcomers and experienced faculty/staff involved in external reviews.
Q: Why should I attend in person if the slides will be available afterwards?
A: Attending in person gives you the opportunity to engage with a panel of faculty and staff who have recently gone through the external review process. You can ask questions, hear real-world experiences, and get practical advice that goes beyond the slide deck. It’s also a great chance to connect with others going through similar planning.
